I started online coaching because everyone needs a trainer and that one on one session to guide them through their workout injury free. It’s good to be in on demand, so I’ll continue to do what I do best. Coach. I’m currently training professional athletes and your regular Jack and Jill that wants to get strong, lose weight or be better conditioned. I’m open to all walks of life, bring on that pet turtle, I’ll make him work. I’m qualified to take on this task because I have a long resume, stemming back 10yrs and counting. My goal with clients is to put a smile on their faces when they complete the goals they’ve set for themselves. Are you ready?
